In early 2017, after years of dreaming about creating a brand of my own, I took the plunge into the local coffee market and created MotherSky Coffee. MotherSky is a celebration of Australia, and the name is inspired by an indigenous Dreamtime story. The brand is still going today, and is sold throughout Australia’s largest supermarket chain - Woolworths, including local cafes in Sydney and the east coast of Australia.
